  9. Waste for Windows looks best on resolutions of at
  10. least 800x600 using Windows' "small fonts." 
  11.  
  12. At 640x480 you'll need to scroll to see the full 
  13. display. And if you are using "large fonts" then 
  14. it may look strange.

  16. To install, unzip the zipped file to some temp 
  17. directory (or a floppy). Then, double-click on 
  18. SETUP.EXE (or select it from the Program Manager's 
  19. File|Run menu). If it comes already unzipped,
  20. then just double-click SETUP.EXE.

  22. The Windows version runs under Windows 3.1 and Win95
  23. because these share the same FAT-based file system.
  24. Waste for Windows may not run under Win NT, but see 
  25. online help for more details.

  27. There is nothing unusual in the setup for Waste for Windows.

  29. It DOES NOT modify any of your system files. It doesn't 
  30. touch any of your INI files, or your AUTOEXEC.BAT, or 
  31. your CONFIG.SYS file.  All the setup program does is copy 
  32. a few of files to the directory you specify to hold 
  33. WASTE, and one to your \windows\system directory, if they
  34. aren't already there.

  36. Then a program manager group is created.

  49. Waste for Windows is shareware but the information it provides
  50. could recover HUNDREDS of megabytes of space for you. This is
